The Val D'Orcia the paradise of Tuscany
The valley is an important park natural, artistic and cultural, and from 2 July 2004 it has been recognized world heritage site from UNESCO, for the excellent state of preservation of the landscape, as it produced by an intelligent work of human, which he has had a strong influence on many artists of the Renaissance.

The municipalities that are part of the Val d'Orcia are:
Castiglione d'Orcia,
and San Quirico d'Orcia.

Other important countries are Contignano, Monticchiello, Bagno Vignoni, Rocca d'Orcia, Campiglia d'Orcia, Bagni San Filippo, Vivo d'Orcia. In the Val d'Orcia also they are located some towns in the province of Grosseto as Montenero d'Orcia e Montegiovi, fractions of the town of Casteldelpiano.
